Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth by supporting the Sales Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving revenue targets.
* Spearhead sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and deal closures, to meet individual targets and contribute to team success.
* Architect a robust sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential clients through strategic networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
* Lead and motivate Sales Executives by providing guidance, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of high performance.
* Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients and investors, showcasing the value of hotel ownership and timeshare opportunities.
* Navigate client objections, negotiate deals, and close sales while maintaining profitability and upholding company standards.
* Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets, aligning with departmental goals and driving business growth.
* Foster strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service, timely communication, and post-sale follow-up to encourage loyalty and referrals.
* Manage customer data, sales activities, and pipeline status in CRM systems with precision and accuracy.
* Inform business decisions by assisting in the preparation of sales reports, performance updates, and forecasts for senior management.
* Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to drive strategy adjustments and optimize sales performance.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements in all sales activities.
* Partner with marketing and other departments to support campaigns, lead generation, and promotional activities that drive business results.
* Enhance sales skills and performance by participating in training sessions and team development initiatives.
* Support the recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members to build a high-performing team.
