* Spearhead commercial operations, driving end-to-end management of international trade, supply chain, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. * Architect and execute strategic commercial plans, fostering business growth, operational efficiency, and innovation. * Oversee LC and banking operations, streamlining Letter of Credit processes, and nurturing strong relationships with financial institutions. * Drive logistics and customs management, supervising C&F agents, freight forwarders, and transport operations to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery and seamless customs clearance. * Champion compliance and regulatory affairs, ensuring adherence to local and international trade regulations, Customs Bond regulations, and tax requirements. * Lead cost control and efficiency initiatives, monitoring logistics-related costs, and implementing effective shipment planning and risk management strategies. * Foster strong stakeholder relationships with banks, regulatory authorities, suppliers, and international partners, driving collaboration and growth. * Develop and deliver insightful commercial reports, cost analysis, and shipment updates, providing management with strategic insights and audit-ready documentation.
