* Spearhead customer relationships through proactive follow-ups and remote support, fostering trust and driving long-term partnerships. * Architect VAT software implementation projects by conducting in-depth requirement studies across diverse industry sectors. * Deliver engaging training sessions to clients, empowering them to maximize Shampan VAT Software capabilities. * Develop and refine Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) to ensure seamless project execution. * Configure and upload master data on client servers, ensuring accurate and efficient system setup. * Analyze and reconcile VAT reports, including VAT 9.1, to guarantee compliance and accuracy. * Collaborate with clients to identify and resolve software-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions. * Drive ongoing support services, ensuring clients receive exceptional assistance and guidance on VAT software. * Stay abreast of the latest VAT laws and regulatory updates, keeping the company and clients informed to maintain compliance. * Represent the company by presenting VAT software to NBR officials, demonstrating expertise and thought leadership. * Manage and report progress to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability in all aspects of VAT software implementation.
