Graphic Designer (Garment Factory & Technical Design)

* Drive the development of technical packs, leveraging expertise in apparel technical design to refresh, update, and standardize existing styles for Just Like Hero * Architect professional technical flat sketches using Adobe Illustrator, ensuring precision and attention to detail * Manage the creation of Bill of Materials, measurement specs, grading charts, and construction details, while updating artwork placements, labeling instructions, and packaging details * Lead the organization and maintenance of Tech Pack file libraries, implementing effective version control and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure technical accuracy * Design and develop operational graphics, including factory posters, safety signage, production boards, and compliance graphics, to enhance visual management and communication * Create visual management materials for various departments, such as sewing, cutting, QC, warehouse, and finishing, to streamline processes and improve efficiency * Develop packaging and trim artwork, including hangtags, care labels, and packaging graphics, ensuring all files meet printing and production requirements * Develop and implement effective file management systems, maintaining organized file structures, archiving editable source files, and exporting files in required formats * Support product development, production, packaging, compliance, and branding visuals, ensuring seamless integration and consistency across all aspects of the garment manufacturing process * Collaborate with merchandising, production, and sample teams to ensure technical accuracy and precision, driving the creation of high-quality technical packs and visual materials * Design and prepare training visuals, internal communication materials, and buyer visit presentations, enhancing the overall brand experience and factory branding materials
