Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead daily in-house programs to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client care. * Drive the client admission process, providing essential information and facilitating smooth transitions. * Develop and implement effective brief interventions, empowering clients to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. * Foster strong relationships with clients' guardians, providing regular updates and progress reports to ensure collaborative care. * Lead group evaluations to promote client discipline, accountability, and personal growth. * Identify and address client problems proactively, leveraging expertise and resources to drive positive outcomes. * Conduct comprehensive assessments and reassessments to inform treatment plans, coordinate referrals, and advocate for clients' needs. * Collaborate with the PSY Counselor to design and deliver monthly psychosocial session plans, ensuring engaging and impactful experiences. * Deliver regular sessions, utilizing the Telemedicine App to enhance accessibility and convenience. * Ensure clients' needs are met in accordance with their treatment plans, providing motivational support and crisis resolution as needed. * Document client progress, maintaining accurate and confidential records to inform future interventions. * Prioritize client confidentiality, professionalism, and safety, creating a secure and supportive environment. * Organize regular family visit programs, promoting social connections and community engagement. * Manage client-related data systems, including case notes, to ensure data-driven decision-making. * Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with stakeholders, including the Drug Treatment Center, to drive referrals and promotional activities. * Design and execute campaign programs to promote the center's services and reputation. * Uphold the center's ethics and values, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and standards. * Coordinate contingency management programs, empowering clients to achieve their goals and overcome challenges. * Partner with the Center Manager to plan and drive the overall development of the center, ensuring strategic growth and excellence. * Adhere to DAM's Safeguarding Policy, including Gender, PSHEA, Child Safeguarding, and Anti-Harassment Policy, Code of Conduct, and other organizational policies, prioritizing a safe and respectful work environment.
