Project Engineer / Site Engineer

* Spearhead project planning, driving timely completion of construction phases through meticulous schedule development, monitoring, and updates. * Conduct regular site inspections to enforce compliance with architectural, structural, and regulatory requirements, ensuring adherence to BNBC, RAJUK, and other relevant standards. * Analyze technical drawings, structural layouts, and MEP plans to validate design feasibility and identify potential roadblocks. * Collaborate with architects, consultants, and developers to implement design changes, ensuring seamless project execution. * Oversee material management, including quantity estimation, requisitioning, quality control, and storage optimization to minimize waste. * Manage contractor and subcontractor relationships, verifying work measurements, validating bills, and obtaining payment approvals. * Ensure all construction activities secure necessary approvals, permits, and compliance certifications. * Develop and distribute regular progress reports, providing stakeholders with timely project updates and insights. * Proactively identify technical issues and potential risks, advising on corrective actions to mitigate threats and ensure project success.
