Project Architect / Interior Designer

* Spearhead the development of innovative 3D interior design concepts, layouts, and renders that bring client visions to life. * Architect detailed design solutions using CAD and 3D modeling software, including initial sketches, mood boards, and floor plans. * Design and deliver high-quality 2D and 3D drawings that drive project presentations and execution. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with project goals. * Drive design decisions by recommending materials, finishes, colors, lighting, and furniture arrangements that meet client needs. * Lead the design and execution of residential and commercial projects, including modular kitchens, wardrobes, offices, and living spaces. * Coordinate with external stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and vendors, to ensure compliance with building codes and design integrity. * Manage project finances, negotiate with vendors, and drive adherence to project schedules and deadlines. * Deliver high-quality design solutions on time, balancing project deadlines with design excellence and attention to detail.
