Senior Draftsman

* Spearhead the creation of comprehensive architectural, structural, and interior fit-out drawings, leveraging expertise in AutoCAD or Revit to drive project success. * Design and develop detailed 2D drawings for various systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire safety, to facilitate presentations and execution. * Lead quality control efforts by reviewing and validating drawings produced by junior drafters, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards. * Architect and prepare approval sheets, including RAJUK submissions, to secure necessary permits and compliance. * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with project objectives. * Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and inform design decisions. * Drive projects forward, meeting deadlines while maintaining exceptional design quality and upholding company standards.
