Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales growth by achieving monthly and yearly targets for tiles and sanitary products, leveraging market insights and customer relationships to inform sales strategies. * Architect and implement effective sales plans, including monthly budgets, to meet assigned targets and propel business expansion. * Foster strong partnerships with customers, contractors, and corporate clients, delivering exceptional service and support to drive loyalty and retention. * Conduct market research and analysis, gathering intelligence on trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to stay ahead of the curve. * Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly summaries, to provide actionable insights and inform business decisions. * Curate an exceptional customer experience by ensuring showrooms are impeccably displayed, clean, and well-organized, with products showcased to maximize appeal. * Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, providing after-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Lead and manage showroom teams, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance discipline, productivity, and performance. * Champion customer-centricity, driving a culture of excellence and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and personalized support. * Stay up-to-date on company products, pricing, and competitor offerings, leveraging this knowledge to drive sales, inform customer conversations, and identify market opportunities. * Ensure seamless compliance with company policies, rules, and regulations, maintaining a culture of integrity and accountability. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including management, warehouse, and accounts, to ensure streamlined showroom operations and exceptional customer experiences.

  • Willing to work outside Dhaka as per company requirements
