Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the development and implementation of innovative sales strategies to drive lubricant and motor oil product growth * Foster and expand a robust network of dealers, distributors, and corporate clients to maximize market reach * Deliver consistent sales performance, exceeding monthly and yearly targets through strategic planning and execution * Uncover and capitalize on new business opportunities in the industrial and automotive sectors, identifying key areas for expansion * Nurture and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring mutual growth and success * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including management and international partners, to align sales strategies with organizational goals * Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights through regular sales reports and market analysis, informing data-driven business decisions
