Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead comprehensive HR operations, driving seamless collaboration between management and workforce to optimize factory performance. * Architect and maintain a robust compliance framework, ensuring readiness for international audits, such as BSCI, SEDEX, and WRAP, and adherence to labor laws and buyer code of conduct standards. * Develop, implement, and refine HR policies and standard operating procedures, aligning with legal and international benchmarks to foster a best-in-class work environment. * Drive technical recruitment and training initiatives, designing and delivering structured programs and annual training calendars to enhance workforce capabilities. * Oversee payroll and benefits administration, leveraging HRIS systems to manage wages, overtime, and incentives, and ensuring accurate and timely compensation. * Foster positive employee relations, resolving grievances, addressing disciplinary actions, and mediating workplace conflicts to promote a harmonious work environment. * Design and implement KPI-based performance evaluation systems, driving organizational development and growth through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives.

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management (HRM)
  • SHRM, SPHR, or PGDHRM

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience
  • Prior experience in MNCs or large-scale industrial organizations
  • Experience in technical or heavy manufacturing industries
  • Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 and its latest amendments
  • Experience in managing HR operations in 100% export-oriented factories
  • Proficiency in HRIS/ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, etc.) and advanced MS Office applications
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to handle operational workforce challenges in factory environments
