Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead sales operations to drive revenue growth and expansion in construction and interior sectors * Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and expectations to foster a culture of excellence * Architect and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business targets and objectives * Drive the development of strategic partnerships with key clients, developers, architects, and corporate partners to fuel business growth * Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in real estate, residential, commercial, and hospitality interior sectors * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, design, and operations, to ensure seamless client delivery and exceptional customer experience * Develop and present data-driven sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic plans to senior management to inform business decisions * Manage and oversee the bid, tender, and proposal processes for high-value contracts, ensuring competitive and compelling submissions * Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine go-to-market strategies and stay ahead of the competition * Represent the company as a brand ambassador at industry events, trade expos, and networking forums to build relationships and drive business growth

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field. MBA is preferred.

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 15–20 years of progressive sales experience in real estate, construction, and/or interior design industries.
  • Proven track record of leading successful sales teams and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong existing network within the real estate developer, architect, and corporate client ecosystem in Bangladesh.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in both Bangla and English.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting systems.
  • Strategic thinker with sound commercial acumen and a client-centric approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts and long sales cycles simultaneously.
