* Drive the overall performance of branch hospitals, overseeing outreach programs, demand generation, and service promotion to ensure seamless delivery of quality eye care services. * Architect monthly plans for branch hospitals, setting targets, monitoring progress, and coordinating with local teams to achieve operational objectives. * Facilitate collaboration between base and branch hospitals, ensuring compliance and validating target achievements to maintain high standards of service delivery. * Lead and supervise support staff, including camp organizers and counselors, to ensure effective management of patient flow, OPD, IPD, and departmental operations. * Champion the implementation of clinical protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee exceptional quality eye care services, working closely with consultants and relevant stakeholders. * Develop and disseminate Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials to promote hospital and camp services, enhancing community engagement and awareness. * Foster strategic partnerships with local stakeholders, including public, private, and NGO entities, as well as government authorities, to advance the hospital's mission and objectives. * Identify operational inefficiencies and implement corrective measures, developing and enforcing effective SOPs to ensure seamless logistics, operations, and legal compliance. * Ensure the implementation of security policies, regulations, and norms, maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, patients, and visitors across secondary hospitals. * Manage staff performance and development, driving growth, and excellence within the team to achieve exceptional patient satisfaction and service delivery.
