* Drive business growth by staying ahead of industry trends and market shifts, and adjusting strategies to outpace competitors. * Spearhead market research to uncover new opportunities, identify emerging trends, and inform data-driven decisions. * Architect a robust dealer network by profiling, evaluating, and onboarding top performers, and allocating sales targets based on market potential. * Foster strong relationships with dealers and sales representatives through regular face-to-face engagement, ensuring target achievement and sales excellence. * Develop and deliver insightful Monthly Dealer ROI reports to inform regional sales strategies and optimize performance. * Manage sales operations, including SKU-wise primary sales orders, stock movement, payment terms, and delivery timelines, to ensure seamless execution. * Ensure customer satisfaction by overseeing spare parts availability for service purposes and maintaining a customer-centric approach. * Set clear sales objectives, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve outstanding results, and establish a high-performing sales culture. * Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive revenue growth and expand business opportunities. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and retail management, to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business success. * Analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to upper management to inform strategic decisions.
