Key Responsibilities
* Architect and deploy HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that drive business growth and align with organizational objectives.
* Design and implement performance management systems, ensuring role clarity and updated job descriptions across departments.
* Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
* Provide strategic guidance to senior management on compensation, benefits, workforce planning, and organizational development.
* Cultivate a culture of respect, safety, and inclusivity, fostering effective collaboration between clinicians and management.
* Drive administrative excellence by executing and monitoring policies, procedures, and systems.
* Oversee non-clinical operations, including facilities management, logistics, and vendor coordination.
* Authorize administrative documents and review bills, ensuring seamless departmental operations.
* Collaborate with department heads to deliver administrative support without compromising clinical decision-making.
* Develop and implement safety and security protocols, conducting risk assessments and audits to ensure a secure environment.
* Lead security incident management, providing strategic oversight and ensuring regulatory compliance.
* Champion a culture of security awareness through training, drills, and staff engagement.
* Foster partnerships with law enforcement, emergency services, and regulatory authorities, presenting risk reports and policy recommendations to senior management.
* Optimize security resources, managing budgets, personnel, and service providers to ensure effective security operations.

Education
- MBA with a major in Human Resource Management (HRM), Management, or Organisational Development

- Professional HR certifications (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CIPD or equivalent)
Additional Requirements
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership or 'Head of HR/Admin' role
- Advanced knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Laws
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams
- Strong capability in policy implementation
- Practical experience in institutional security oversight
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- High ethical standards
- Willingness to travel occasionally
