Service Engineer - Ultrasound, Pathology & X-Ray Equipment

* Lead the installation, configuration, and commissioning of medical diagnostic equipment, including Ultrasound, Pathology, and X-Ray systems, at customer sites. * Drive preventive and corrective maintenance of medical diagnostic equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. * Troubleshoot complex technical issues, including hardware, software, electrical, and mechanical problems, to rapidly resolve equipment faults. * Deliver timely and effective service support, ensuring prompt response to customer needs and minimizing equipment downtime. * Conduct regular inspections, calibrations, and performance testing of equipment to guarantee accuracy and reliability. * Provide expert technical support and user training to medical professionals, including doctors, technicians, and hospital staff. * Manage and maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and installation documentation to ensure compliance and transparency. * Collaborate with technical support teams and manufacturers to resolve complex technical issues and stay up-to-date with industry developments. * Architect and manage spare parts inventory, recommending necessary replacements to ensure seamless equipment operation. * Ensure all service activities adhere to company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices. * Support equipment demonstrations, customer visits, and technical presentations to promote products and build customer relationships. * Respond to emergency service calls, providing on-site support across assigned territories to guarantee customer satisfaction. * Foster strong customer relationships through professional communication, exceptional service quality, and timely issue resolution. * Assist sales and application teams with technical expertise and after-sales support to drive business growth and customer loyalty. * Stay current with the latest medical technologies, diagnostic systems, and service procedures to continuously improve knowledge and skills. For specialized roles: * Ultrasound Service Engineer: * Optimize ultrasound system performance through probe testing, image quality checking, and software updates. * Diagnose and resolve issues related to transducers, monitors, printers, and imaging systems. * Pathology Service Engineer: * Service and maintain laboratory diagnostic analyzers, including hematology, biochemistry, and immunology systems. * Perform calibration, QC support, reagent setup, and analyzer troubleshooting to ensure accurate test results. * X-Ray Service Engineer: * Maintain and repair X-Ray generators, DR/CR systems, detectors, and imaging consoles to ensure optimal performance. * Guarantee radiation safety compliance and equipment performance standards to protect patients and staff.
