Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead business development by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities that align with the Hospital's strategic vision, driving maximum outcomes and growth.
* Stay abreast of market trends and Hospital developments, ensuring key stakeholders are informed and up-to-date on relevant information.
* Architect and execute comprehensive Public Relations Strategies to position the Hospital as a leading healthcare service provider.
* Lead the marketing team in developing and implementing targeted marketing plans that drive engagement and revenue.
* Foster strategic relationships with businesses, community groups, and key partners to promote the Hospital and its services.
* Innovate and launch new services, developing go-to-market strategies to drive adoption and growth.
* Drive client engagement by creating and managing proposals, contracts, and associated documentation, ensuring seamless communication and account management.
* Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing Team to monitor and analyze media exposure, providing data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies.
* Oversee the design and development of marketing materials, including electronic and print literature, to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
* Develop and disseminate media releases and advertisements that align with the Hospital's marketing strategy and comply with policy guidelines.
* Plan and execute high-profile events, including public awareness campaigns, media launches, and social responsibility initiatives, in partnership with the Marketing Department and Hospital Directorate.
* Manage marketing budgets, analyzing cost reports, and clarifying variances to ensure fiscal responsibility and accountability.
* Negotiate and secure B2B and corporate agreements with key healthcare and business partners, driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
* Work with consultants to establish new chambers and expand the Hospital's reach and capabilities as needed.
* Motivate and guide team members to achieve targets, monitoring progress and providing feedback to ensure high-performance marketing teams.
* Embrace a flexible and adaptable approach, taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to drive Hospital success.
