* Drive the implementation of ACS-IR studies in assigned districts, ensuring effective planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities. * Architect and supervise the mapping and assessment of public and private health facilities within the catchment area, ensuring regular updates and accurate data. * Lead data collection efforts from all health facilities, coordinating with data collectors and implementation teams to ensure high-quality data and adherence to the work plan. * Develop and implement data collection activities, quality assurance plans, and implementation plans, providing on-the-job coaching and support to data collectors and teams as needed. * Manage and supervise daily data collection activities, ensuring credibility, trustworthiness, and quality of collected data, and providing feedback to hospital teams and supervisors. * Analyze data, identify gaps, and develop potential solutions, training district teams based on findings and insights. * Facilitate and conduct periodic team meetings and training sessions at the local level, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing. * Compile and prepare progress reports, responding to data-related queries and providing insights to stakeholders. * Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including DGHS, DGFP, professional organizations, academia, and district hospital authorities, to support study objectives and activities. * Collaborate with district hospital personnel, civil surgeon's office, and DDFP to ensure effective coordination and implementation of study activities. * Develop and implement strategies to address challenges and opportunities in implementing WHO criteria for ACS use, applying programmatic solutions to achieve high coverage of safe ACS use in LMIC contexts.
