Field Facilitator

* Drive project implementation in the camp, adhering to work plans, budgets, and donor requirements to ensure successful project execution. * Oversee and coordinate field operations, ensuring timely output, report collection, and efficient resource utilization in collaboration with senior project officers and project managers. * Spearhead the execution of project work plans and activity plans, liaising with key stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and efficient resource allocation. * Collaborate with project managers, senior project officers, and MEAL officers to monitor, evaluate, and survey project progress, delivering high-quality data and reports in a timely manner. * Develop and deliver narrative reports to local administration, donors, and other stakeholders, working closely with senior project officers to ensure quality and timeliness. * Foster effective communication with the CiC office, securing necessary approvals and submitting required documents to maintain project momentum. * Architect logistics for CBLF events and other project activities, ensuring proper documentation and coordination with senior project officers, project managers, and finance officers. * Craft compelling case studies and success stories, as directed by supervisors, to showcase project impact and achievements. * Manage monthly attendance and leave reports for project personnel, including English and Burmese teaching volunteers, field supervisors, and Burmese teachers. * Monitor CBLF operations regularly, ensuring alignment with agreed-upon plans and making adjustments as necessary. * Engage with local communities, promoting participation in project activities and fostering positive relationships. * Design and deliver capacity-building training programs for teachers, enhancing their skills and expertise as a trainer. * Provide support to program colleagues as needed, demonstrating a collaborative and flexible approach to project delivery. * Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to project success.
