* Spearhead land acquisition strategies for housing and township projects, driving business growth through strategic planning and execution. * Architect and implement land purchase plans, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors. * Drive the identification and acquisition of large contiguous land parcels, leveraging negotiation and due diligence expertise. * Manage land-related documentation, including title verification, land registration, mutation, demarcation, and possession, to ensure compliance and minimize risks. * Oversee land assembly, fencing, site protection, and encroachment prevention, ensuring secure and controlled project sites. * Foster strong relationships with key authorities, including DC Office, Land Office, Sub-Registry Office, RAJUK/CDA/KDA/RDA, to facilitate land use clearance, zoning approval, and regulatory permissions. * Lead cross-functional teams to resolve land-related disputes and litigation, mitigating risks and ensuring timely project delivery. * Develop and execute cost-effective land management plans, controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation. * Direct the land team, establishing standard operating procedures, and submitting regular management reports to drive business performance and growth. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including estate and legal departments, to ensure alignment and effective issue resolution. * Ensure timely handover of clear land to planning, engineering, and project teams, enabling seamless project execution and delivery.
