Key Responsibilities

* Foster strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the housing and construction industry, driving business growth and revenue expansion * Spearhead new business development initiatives, identifying and capitalizing on emerging opportunities to boost sales and revenue * Architect and execute tailored sales strategies, leveraging client relationships, market insights, and competitive analysis to secure high-value deals * Manage and analyze a comprehensive client database, tracking engagement, preferences, and purchasing patterns to inform sales outreach and marketing efforts * Drive sales performance, consistently meeting or exceeding assigned targets and contributing to overall business growth and profitability * Develop and deliver data-driven sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies * Lead independent business development initiatives, designing and executing targeted promotional campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive engagement within the housing and real estate sector * Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, ensuring seamless delivery, client satisfaction, and issue resolution * Build and maintain influential relationships with key decision-makers, including developers, architects, and consultants, to stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity * Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, using this intelligence to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies * Represent the company with professionalism and integrity, serving as a brand ambassador in all business interactions, including meetings, negotiations, and industry events * Ensure exceptional customer experiences, managing timely payments, providing dedicated support, and fostering long-term relationships to drive loyalty and retention

Requirements

Experience

7 to 8 years

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management or a related field

Additional Requirements

  • Electric Wire & Cable industry experience preferred
