* Drive exceptional nursing care and customer satisfaction through strategic planning and implementation. * Foster collaborative relationships with physicians, patients, and department heads to ensure seamless service delivery. * Architect and deploy Nursing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that enhance clinical practices and patient outcomes. * Spearhead skill development initiatives to upgrade clinical and nursing competencies. * Manage and resolve grievances and disciplinary issues within the nursing department, adhering to established protocols. * Lead the nursing performance appraisal process in partnership with the Human Resource Manager. * Inform manpower planning and recruitment strategies to ensure optimal staffing. * Analyze workload and manpower requirements to optimize resource allocation. * Identify, develop, and retain top talent, driving career progression and staff retention. * Deliver high-quality services within budgetary constraints. * Champion quality management systems, environmental management systems, and disaster management protocols. * Ensure adherence to service quality processes, environmental policies, and occupational health guidelines. * Implement and audit Infection Control Policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment. * Promote evidence-based practice by providing access to current nursing literature and encouraging research initiatives. * Innovate and improve services by staying abreast of modern practices, techniques, and industry trends.
