Key Responsibilities
* পল্লী অঞ্চলের দরিদ্র জনগোষ্ঠীর জন্য মাইক্রোফাইন্যান্স কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা ও বাস্তবায়ন করা।
* শাখার কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা ও তত্ত্বাবধান করা, এবং সংস্থার লক্ষ্য ও উদ্দেশ্য অর্জনে অবদান রাখা।
* মাঠপর্যায়ে প্রান্তিক জনগোষ্ঠীর সাথে মিলেমিশে কাজ করা এবং তাদের উন্নয়নে সহায়তা প্রদান করা।
* সংস্থার নীতি ও মূল্যবোধ অনুসরণ করা এবং সংস্থার সুনাম ও খ্যাতি বজায় রাখা।
* চট্টগ্রাম, কিশোরগঞ্জ, টাঙ্গাইল, সিরাজগঞ্জ, বরগুনা, পটুয়াখালী জেলায় সংস্থার কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা ও তত্ত্বাবধান করা।

- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
- BA/Graduate or Postgraduate in any subject
Additional Requirements
- Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, Microfin360) is mandatory
- Must have a valid driving license and be able to ride a motorcycle
- Only candidates working in microfinance programs can apply
- Candidates with a long gap in their microfinance career should not apply
