Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead outreach efforts to students and professionals globally, leveraging persuasive pitches and strategic follow-ups to generate high-quality leads and boost enrollments. * Architect compelling presentations that showcase Transfotech Academy's bootcamp programs, emphasizing career transformation, skill acquisition, and job placement outcomes. * Drive prospect engagement by identifying career aspirations, assessing skill gaps, and recommending tailored training programs to maximize conversion rates. * Orchestrate high-impact career counseling sessions with Senior Advisors, ensuring seamless enrollment processes and exceeding sales targets. * Manage the entire enrollment lifecycle, guiding prospects from initial contact to onboarding, while consistently meeting or surpassing monthly admissions goals. * Collaborate with international teams to harmonize sales strategies, optimize lead management, and capitalize on cross-border enrollment opportunities. * Amplify revenue-generating events, such as seminars and webinars, by supporting Senior Advisors in lead engagement and post-event conversion efforts. * Maintain meticulous CRM records, ensuring accurate pipeline management, sales activity tracking, and enrollment status updates. * Own individual sales performance, adhering to structured follow-up protocols and striving for optimal lead-to-enrollment conversion ratios.

  • A Level
  • Bachelor/Honors

  • Prior experience in international cold calling within the BPO industry
