Position: Executive / Senior Executive – Brand Events, Activation & Communication

• Spearhead high-profile events, including project launches, property fairs, and corporate gatherings, to drive brand awareness and engagement. • Architect and manage on-ground experiences, such as handovers, VIP events, and brand activations, to deliver exceptional customer experiences. • Champion brand consistency by ensuring all events and activities adhere to brand standards and guidelines. • Drive brand visibility through strategic executions, including roadshows, mall displays, and construction site branding. • Oversee the production of marketing materials, guaranteeing consistency and quality across all channels. • Develop and implement campaign communication strategies that resonate with target audiences. • Lead cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders and external agencies, to achieve shared goals and objectives. • Foster strong vendor relationships, negotiating costs and managing budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery. • Ensure seamless event execution, handling logistics, venues, and permits, while resolving operational issues promptly. • Analyze event performance, providing data-driven insights on ROI, leads, and engagement to inform future strategies. • Document key learnings and best practices, refining event planning and execution processes to drive continuous improvement. • Support lead generation initiatives, aligning events and activations with marketing campaigns to maximize impact. • Ensure branding readiness across all projects, maintaining a consistent visual identity and messaging framework.
