Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead IT operations, driving digital transformation and business growth through innovative technology solutions. * Architect and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. * Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-wide IT infrastructure, including LAN networking, cabling, and server setup, to ensure robust and secure systems. * Lead the setup, installation, and configuration of IT devices, such as IP CCTV cameras, routers, switches, and access control systems, to support business operations. * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across a range of devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity. * Drive the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and essential business applications, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance. * Ensure the stability and security of the local area network (LAN), Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity, monitoring routers, switches, and network performance to prevent disruptions. * Develop and implement a robust cybersecurity framework, including regular system updates, patch management, and antivirus monitoring, to protect against emerging threats. * Manage and support IP telephone systems, video conferencing tools, and office communication platforms, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication. * Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, access control, and biometric devices, ensuring a secure and safe working environment. * Oversee server setup, maintenance, and backup operations, ensuring data integrity, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity. * Administer corporate email accounts, handle password resets, and configure user permissions for various software and ERP systems, ensuring secure access and data protection. * Develop and implement a comprehensive data backup and disaster recovery strategy, ensuring business-critical data is secure and easily recoverable. * Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, process requisitions for new equipment, and liaise with ISPs and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues. * Provide technical support to employees, both in-person and remotely, using tools such as AnyDesk and TeamViewer, to ensure prompt resolution of technical issues. * Collaborate with the HR and Admin teams to support daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment. * Manage and resolve support tickets in a timely and efficient manner, escalating critical system issues, server downtime, or cyber risks to ensure prompt attention and resolution.

Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, or Related field
  • Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, or Related field

Additional Requirements

  • Only Male
  • Familiarity with common software application (Microsoft Office, email clients, and antivirus tools)
  • Familiarity with AI tools as ChatGPT and Gemini
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  • Knowledge in Shopify and Cloud server
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
