Key Responsibilities
* Foster strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including CIC, Site Management, Majhi, and other actors to drive project implementation in camp settings.
* Architect education assessments, including teacher training needs, learner participation, and community involvement, to inform program design and improvement.
* Design and deliver targeted training programs, leveraging needs assessments and collaboration with donors and local administration to enhance teacher capacity and program organizer effectiveness.
* Develop and refine training modules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and curriculum requirements.
* Lead teacher training sessions, providing technical capacity building and support to ensure high-quality education delivery.
* Collaborate with the Project Coordinator to plan, organize, and facilitate workshops and training sessions, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
* Drive teacher performance improvement through regular observation, feedback, and coaching, using data from class visits, spot checks, and lesson plan reviews.
* Analyze and refine curriculum design, objectives, and scope to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
* Engage with teachers and staff in workshops and training sessions, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
* Manage teaching materials, coordinating logistics and follow-up to ensure timely and effective distribution.
* Integrate program approaches with other sectors, promoting a holistic and collaborative approach to education and development.
* Support the development of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) tools and systems, measuring and analyzing learning outcomes to inform project improvement.
* Contribute to the design and review of tests and assessment tools, ensuring validity, reliability, and relevance.
* Provide regular activity reports and results to relevant stakeholders, including Project Officers and staff, to ensure transparency and accountability.
* Uphold organizational policies and standards, including Child Safeguarding, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Gender, Anti-Money Laundering, Whistle Blowing, and other policies, to ensure a safe and respectful work environment.

Education
- Post-graduation in education or any discipline with B.Ed. /M.Ed.
Additional Requirements
- Only Female
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla & English
- Knowledge of the local language will be an asset
- Camp-level working experience will be highly preferred
- Basic computer skills in MS Office
- Having a valid motorcycle-driving license will get preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Tk. 62,000 per monthConsolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project
