Program Organizer (Female), PEP Phase- 4

* Spearhead project operations, guiding Education Supervisors and overseeing daily activities to ensure seamless execution. * Architect schedules for peer facilitators, Education Supervisors, and outreach events, driving efficient project implementation. * Foster strong community relationships, promoting programs and services to maintain a robust external presence. * Engage in meetings, workshops, and training sessions, contributing to collaborative project planning and development. * Collaborate with Technical Officers to organize meetings, training sessions, and other project activities, providing administrative support. * Conduct home visits and follow-ups with absentee learners, ensuring their re-engagement and support. * Drive effective communication with the project team, stakeholders, and external partners, facilitating information exchange and coordination. * Manage logistics for field activities, ensuring timely and efficient execution of project events. * Uphold humanitarian standards, adhering to national and international guidelines, and maintaining organizational policies, including Child Safeguarding, PSEA, Gender, and other core principles. * Embed organizational values, promoting a culture of transparency, accountability, and integrity, and adhering to policies on Money Laundering, Whistle Blowing, and other key areas.
