Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the development and maintenance of sales automation systems, driving efficiency and productivity across the organization.
* Troubleshoot technical issues, collaborating with IT and vendors to ensure seamless system performance and rapid resolution of problems.
* Design and implement automated sales reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
* Uncover trends and patterns in sales data, delivering strategic recommendations to senior leadership and driving business growth.
* Ensure the integrity and accuracy of sales data, implementing processes to guarantee timely updates and maintain data quality.
* Champion user adoption, delivering training and ongoing support to sales teams and empowering them to maximize system capabilities.
* Gather and prioritize business requirements, architecting system enhancements and process improvements that drive business outcomes.
* Oversee the implementation of new automation features, ensuring smooth integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
* Drive compliance with system usage and reporting standards, monitoring field force activity and identifying areas for improvement.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including SOPs and user manuals, to support system knowledge and expertise.
* Foster integration with ERP and other business applications, streamlining sales processes and enhancing overall system effectiveness.
* Orchestrate project timelines, ensuring timely completion of initiatives and delivering results that meet or exceed expectations.
* Conduct field visits and market research, gathering insights and intelligence to inform business strategy and drive growth.
Requirements
Experience
3 to 5 years
Education
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Master of Science (MSc)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an FMCG company in the role of Territory Manager or an equivalent position
- Experience in FMCG or large distribution-based organizations will be preferred
- Sound knowledge of Sales Automation, CRM, Sales Operations, MIS, and related fields
