* Spearhead on-set operations, ensuring seamless execution of shoot days and driving the team's productivity. * Collaborate with the AV Technician to set up and break down equipment, guaranteeing a smooth start and end to each shoot day. * Drive continuity management, meticulously tracking shot progress, retakes, and pending tasks to maintain a tight schedule. * Lead the slating process, accurately logging each take and maintaining a detailed take log to ensure easy reference. * Manage footage ingestion under the AV Technician's guidance, ensuring all files are properly stored and organized. * Uphold strict file naming conventions, maintaining discipline and consistency across all files. * Provide exceptional support to instructors and technicians, promptly addressing their needs and ensuring a comfortable working environment. * Curate a welcoming green room experience, complete with amenities and a comfortable setup, to impress marquee instructors. * Maintain a pristine studio environment, reflecting the company's high standards and attention to detail. * Support the Studio Coordinator in managing calendar logistics, coordinating courier services, and communicating with vendors. * Oversee equipment management, ensuring the equipment cage is organized, cables are coiled, batteries are charged, and items are returned to their designated positions.
