* Define the visual and audio identity of Eudika Learn lessons, ensuring a consistent, premium, and editorially sound experience across all subjects * Lead the development of a comprehensive editorial template pack, including intro, outro, lower-thirds, transitions, captions, and end cards that reflect the brand's unique expression * Architect a cohesive colour grading look across all subjects, creating a seamless and immersive experience for users * Drive the establishment of a robust audio mixing standard, including dialogue levels, room tone, music beds, and final loudness targets, to ensure high-quality audio output * Design and maintain a structured project workflow within DaVinci Resolve Studio or Adobe Premiere Pro, streamlining the post-production process * Manage active project storage and archive workflows, ensuring efficient data management and retrieval * Deliver finalized lesson masters to the Studio Coordinator, complete with detailed metadata sheets, to facilitate seamless upload and distribution * Develop and mentor a junior editor, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and growth within the role * Identify and flag systemic shoot issues to the AV Technician and Studio Coordinator, collaborating to resolve problems and improve overall production quality
