Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth and achieve targets in assigned Modern Trade, Institutional Sales, and HoReCa channels
* Foster and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, including modern trade outlets, institutional clients, and HoReCa partners
* Architect and execute effective product distribution, merchandising, and promotional strategies to maximize visibility and sales
* Spearhead the expansion of beverage, hygiene, dairy, agro, and electrical & electronics products in assigned markets, identifying new opportunities and optimizing channel coverage
* Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition
* Lead and manage sales operations, field activities, and teams within the assigned area, ensuring alignment with business objectives
* Develop and deliver insightful sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management, enabling data-driven decision-making
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, marketing, and accounts, to ensure seamless business operations and exceptional customer experiences
* Manage customer relationships, ensuring timely payments, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a healthy and sustainable business partnership
Requirements
Experience
At least 6 years
Education
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree
