Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth and revenue expansion in Modern Trade, Institutional Sales, and HoReCa channels for a diverse portfolio of products
* Foster and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including modern trade outlets, institutional clients, and HoReCa customers
* Architect and execute effective product display, merchandising, and promotional strategies to maximize visibility and sales
* Lead market research and analysis efforts, gathering feedback and insights to inform business development and sales strategies
* Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, driving channel expansion and penetration
* Develop and deliver timely and accurate sales reports, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, customer service, and issue resolution
* Manage and optimize customer accounts, ensuring timely payment collection and adherence to company policies and procedures
Requirements
Experience
At least 1 year
Education
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree
Additional Requirements
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
- Willingness to travel as per business requirement
