Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales administration excellence by preparing and maintaining accurate sales reports, invoices, and documentation to inform business decisions.
* Foster strong relationships with sales teams, distributors, and customers through regular coordination and communication to ensure seamless sales operations.
* Oversee order fulfillment, track delivery status, and ensure timely sales data updates to optimize sales performance.
* Develop and maintain detailed product and channel sales records to analyze trends and identify growth opportunities.
* Spearhead support for Modern Trade, Institutional Sales, and HoReCa channels, ensuring tailored administrative solutions for each segment.
* Analyze sales trends and create daily, weekly, and monthly sales analysis reports to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
* Collaborate with internal departments to streamline business operations, resolve issues, and drive overall sales success.
Requirements
Experience
At least 1 year
Education
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree
Additional Requirements
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
