Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead culinary operations, driving exceptional food preparation and menu execution for catering services * Architect innovative, healthy, and high-quality menus that exceed customer expectations * Champion quality control, ensuring impeccable taste, presentation, and hygiene standards in every dish * Direct and motivate the kitchen team during high-pressure, high-volume production periods * Drive consistency and efficiency in large-scale food production, guaranteeing seamless execution * Optimize kitchen operations, minimizing waste and maximizing cost efficiency to achieve business objectives

Requirements

Experience

At least 5 years

Education

  • SSC pass or equivalent

Additional Requirements

  • Strong experience in catering or large-scale kitchen operations
  • Ability to prepare and manage food production in bulk for events and catering services
  • Good knowledge of multi-cuisine, especially healthy and hygienic food preparation
  • Experience in hotel, restaurant, or catering industry
