Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead departmental operations, driving high service standards and leading pre-shift meetings to ensure seamless execution. * Architect staff development programs, crafting schedules, and streamlining inventory management to boost efficiency. * Drive customer satisfaction by promptly addressing and resolving guest complaints, ensuring timely follow-up and feedback. * Conduct rigorous quality control checks on food and beverage preparation, presentation, and stock levels to maximize sales and maintain excellence. * Uphold stringent food quality, safety, and service standards, ensuring compliance with established protocols. * Orchestrate daily restaurant operations, optimizing workload distribution to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency. * Onboard and integrate new employees, providing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure seamless adaptation to company policies and procedures. * Foster staff growth by offering targeted coaching, training, and incentives, supporting ongoing development and improvement. * Collaborate with the F&B Manager on daily operations, maintaining meticulous financial and administrative records. * Ensure adherence to company policies, labor cost controls, and regulatory requirements, safeguarding compliance and risk management. * Evaluate employee performance, recommending salary adjustments, promotions, and incentives to drive motivation and excellence. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, schedules, attendance, and performance reports. * Develop and execute innovative promotional, merchandising, and marketing strategies, aligning with company standards and objectives. * Inspire and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. * Maintain impeccable sanitation and hygiene standards, ensuring a pristine store presentation that exceeds customer expectations. * Align with team members to achieve sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and boost productivity, following established company procedures. * Perform additional financial and administrative duties as assigned, supporting the Controller of Accounts & Administration.

  • Bachelor of Business Studies (Pass)
  • Certification in Food Safety & Hygiene Management
  • Certification in Customer Service Excellence
  • Certification in Hospitality Management
  • Certification in Inventory & Stock Management
