* Drive accurate and timely invoice preparation and issuance for cable sales, services, and projects * Validate sales orders, delivery documents, and supporting materials to ensure billing precision * Architect billing processes that align with approved pricing, discounts, and credit terms * Manage customer outstanding balances and analyze aging reports to inform collection strategies * Spearhead payment collection efforts with clients, adhering to established credit policies * Collaborate with Sales and Collection teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure seamless customer experience * Maintain meticulous daily records of payments received and update customer ledgers in real-time * Ensure accurate data entry of billing information into the ERP/Accounting system * Develop and maintain comprehensive customer account information and transaction histories * Support monthly closing activities by verifying billing completeness and accuracy * Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on billing and receivable performance to inform business decisions
