Sr. System Engineer / NOC (ISP) Operation Manager

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through multi-channel support, leveraging top-notch communication skills to resolve inquiries via phone, help desk, and live chat. * Proactively monitor and respond to system issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime. * Drive technical support operations, providing LAN/WAN expertise to the Network Operations Center (NOC) and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues. * Spearhead incident management, working closely with head office and technical support teams to rapidly troubleshoot and resolve Fiber and UTP-related incidents. * Lead cable technicians in the installation of Fiber and UTP links, ensuring adherence to company standards and industry best practices, and prioritizing timely completion to boost departmental performance. * Adapt to evolving priorities, taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to support the organization's goals.
