Research Investigator

* Drive research implementation by designing data tools, consent forms, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for ongoing and upcoming projects, ensuring seamless execution and compliance. * Spearhead the development of routine project reports, reviewing them with project managers and investigators to identify implementation challenges and devise strategies to overcome them. * Ensure timely submission of technical and other reports to donors, maintaining high standards of quality and accountability. * Champion research ethics by preparing Institutional Review Board (IRB) submission documents, responding to reviewer queries, and coordinating local Data Safety Monitoring Board (DSMB) meetings. * Oversee IRB expiry dates, sample size tracking, and inform investigators of necessary amendments, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to protocols. * Architect data quality assurance systems and tools, designing field monitoring reporting templates to ensure data integrity and accuracy. * Analyze quantitative and descriptive reports, suggesting improvements and changes as needed to optimize research outcomes. * Conduct comprehensive literature reviews, scoping reviews, and systematic reviews to inform research design and analysis. * Collaborate on data analysis, develop analysis plans, and lead or participate in manuscript writing, driving research dissemination and publication. * Contribute to grant proposal development, budget preparation, and narrative creation, identifying opportunities for new project development and responding to solicitations. * Foster close relationships with key stakeholders, including the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, national institutes, and research partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. * Facilitate regular updates with Principal Investigators and co-investigators, sharing progress, issues, and potential solutions, and maintaining accurate meeting notes and action items. * Develop engaging presentations and meeting notes, supporting research communication and knowledge translation.
