Key Responsibilities
• Foster strategic partnerships with key traders and dealers in the wire and cable industry to drive business growth
• Spearhead daily sales outreach efforts, leveraging persuasive communication to secure orders, manage payments, and promote products
• Develop and execute a robust client engagement strategy, including regular site visits, to build trust and identify new opportunities
• Architect a daily schedule that optimizes tasks, customer meetings, and sales activities to achieve maximum impact
• Drive data-driven decision making by maintaining meticulous records of sales performance, customer interactions, and market insights in designated CRM systems
• Prospect and acquire new customers to expand the dealer network, increasing market share and revenue potential
• Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments to inform sales strategies
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, resolve customer issues, and deliver exceptional service
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, collection goals, and performance metrics, contributing to the company's overall success and growth objectives
Requirements
Experience
3 to 5 years
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing
- Accounting
- Finance
- Economics
- Management
- or a related field from a UGC-approved university
Additional Requirements
- Electric Wire & Cable industry experience preferred
