Key Responsibilities
* Drive business growth by identifying, developing, and managing new sales opportunities across cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, cloud, data center, professional services, and training domains.
* Spearhead the sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to customer engagement, proposal submission, negotiation support, and closure, ensuring consistent achievement of assigned revenue targets.
* Foster strong relationships with enterprise customers, including banks, financial institutions, telecom operators, pharmaceutical companies, manufacturing firms, government agencies, and large corporate clients.
* Architect and maintain a robust sales pipeline, leveraging account plans, opportunity trackers, forecasts, and sales activity reports to inform strategic decision-making.
* Lead customer meetings to gather insights into business, technical, operational, and compliance requirements, and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
* Deliver compelling solution presentations, product briefings, and demonstrations, and engage in primary technical discussions to showcase OneWorld InfoTech's expertise.
* Collaborate with internal expert technical teams and OEM partners to support Proof of Concept (POC) and pilot engagements, driving innovation and customer satisfaction.
* Develop and execute account growth strategies, focusing on post-sales customer engagement, account management, and expansion of existing relationships.
* Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and sales performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
* Drive cross-functional collaboration across OneWorld InfoTech and its group ecosystem to support integrated solution and services positioning, customer engagement, and business growth.
