Head of Admissions

* Spearhead the entire recruitment lifecycle, driving prospective students from initial inquiry to enrollment and ensuring high-quality candidates. * Architect and execute targeted outreach strategies to convert leads into applicants, leveraging events, campus tours, and high-volume email/phone campaigns. * Drive pipeline optimization by analyzing enrollment data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to boost conversion rates at each stage. * Lead and mentor a team of junior coordinators, providing expert training on CRM best practices, communication etiquette, and institutional policies. * Evaluate and select top candidates by reviewing complex application files, verifying credentials, and providing informed recommendations to the Admissions Committee. * Foster and maintain strategic partnerships with high schools, community organizations, and educational consultants to expand student enrollment reach. * Orchestrate large-scale admissions events, such as Open Houses, Interview Days, and Orientation, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional candidate experiences. * Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks as assigned by management, driving results and delivering exceptional outcomes.
