Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead multiple construction projects across the assigned zone, driving execution and delivery. * Champion project planning, ensuring alignment with approved plans, drawings, schedules, and budgets. * Drive project timelines, monitoring progress and resolving bottlenecks to ensure timely completion. * Empower site teams to overcome execution and coordination challenges, providing expert guidance and support. * Architect project execution plans and schedules, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery. * Foster strong relationships with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and head office stakeholders, facilitating open communication and collaboration. * Ensure resource availability, allocating manpower, materials, and equipment to project sites as needed. * Orchestrate inter-departmental coordination, bridging planning, procurement, QA/QC, and HSE functions to drive project success. * Implement and enforce safety and environmental policies across all sites, promoting a culture of compliance and responsibility. * Conduct site safety audits and inspections, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. * Nurture a safe work culture, encouraging site teams to prioritize safety and well-being. * Lead and manage site engineers, supervisors, and support staff, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback. * Evaluate team performance, identifying training needs and implementing corrective measures to drive productivity and discipline. * Develop and submit comprehensive progress reports, covering quality, cost, safety, and project status. * Maintain accurate records of project issues, risks, and mitigation actions, informing management of achievements, delays, and challenges. * Identify and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, implementing best practices and standard operating procedures to drive project excellence. * Collaborate with management on audits, reviews, and strategic initiatives, driving continuous improvement and growth.

Experience

At least 8 years

Education

  • Diploma in Civil
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
