Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the development and execution of business strategies that drive revenue growth and align with organizational objectives. * Uncover new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity, and identifying strategic growth areas. * Architect and manage end-to-end sales operations, including planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking. * Drive revenue expansion across multiple business segments by launching targeted growth initiatives and tracking progress. * Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, and Operations, to ensure seamless business execution and alignment. * Streamline sales processes, workflows, and CRM systems to boost productivity and operational efficiency. * Craft insightful business intelligence reports, dashboards, and strategic presentations to inform senior management and leadership decisions. * Empower data-driven decision-making by providing accurate analysis, forecasting, and operational insights to management. * Track key performance indicators and operational metrics to assess business performance and recommend improvement initiatives. * Mentor and guide team members by providing strategic direction, performance guidance, and professional development support. * Uphold company policies, operational standards, and corporate governance requirements to ensure compliance and integrity. * Support strategic partnerships, enterprise initiatives, and large-scale commercial projects that drive business growth and expansion.

Requirements

Experience

8 to 12 years

Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in senior sales leadership roles
  • Proven experience selling to enterprise and institutional clients
  • Demonstrated success in achieving aggressive revenue targets
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
