Key Responsibilities
* প্রকল্পের মাছ চাষ সংক্রান্ত কর্মপরিকল্পনা বিকাশ ও বাস্তবায়ন করা।
* পুকুর তৈরি, পানির গুণমান পরীক্ষা, রোগ প্রতিরোধ ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ, পানির স্তর নির্ণয়, ভূপ্রকৃতি, জলবায়ু পরিবেশ, ঋতু, মাছের জাত নির্ণয়, জৈব ও অজৈব খাবার, জলমান পরীক্ষা, চলমান অক্সিজেন স্তর এবং অন্যান্য প্যারামিটার পরীক্ষা করা।
* প্রকল্পের মাছ চাষ সংক্রান্ত কাজ যেমন চাষের রেজিস্ট্রার সংরক্ষণ, ঋতুভিত্তিক মৎস্য চাষ সংক্রান্ত উন্নয়ন কর্মসূচি প্রণয়ন পূর্বক প্রতিবেদন আকারে কর্তৃপক্ষের নিকট পেশ করা।
* সময়মতো মৎস্য চাষ, নিয়মিত পরিচর্যা, ১৫ দিন অন্তর বৃদ্ধি পর্যালোচনা ও হিসাব সংরক্ষণ, ফিড নির্বাচন, খাবারের পরিমাণ নির্দিষ্ট করা এবং পানির গুণমান পরীক্ষা করা।
* বিক্রয় উপযোগী হলে বাজার যাচাই করে উপযুক্ত মূল্যে বিক্রির ব্যবস্থা করা।
* মাছের বিভিন্ন ধরনের রোগবালাই প্রতিরোধ ও চিকিত্সা করা।
* অনুকূল আবহাওয়ায় মৎস্য মজুত করা।
* ত্রৈমাসিক, ষান্মাসিক ও বার্ষিক ভিত্তিতে আয় ব্যয়ের হিসাব কর্তৃপক্ষের নিক

- Diploma in Fisheries
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
Additional Requirements
- Strong knowledge of fish farming, pond management, and fish disease control
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain operational records
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to supervise field workers and manage operations independently
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Word and MS Excel
- Willingness to stay and work at project location
