Asst. Manager/ Manager-Raw Materials (Warehouse)

* Spearhead store operation management, overseeing team performance, raw materials, finished goods, and space optimization to drive efficiency. * Drive inventory management functions, including monitoring inbound and outbound goods, tracking, receiving, storage, and movement to ensure seamless operations. * Lead the receipt and inspection of local and imported materials, verifying in-house status, inventory reports, and notifying relevant stakeholders. * Architect and maintain accurate physical inventory records within the ERP system, ensuring compliance with company standards. * Proactively verify material availability against production plans and requirements, ensuring timely supply and distribution to meet production demands. * Champion inventory accuracy, organization, and safety protocols, including stickering, housekeeping, 5-S, and security measures, while adhering to buyer compliance requirements. * Manage materials movement records, utilizing BIN and location boards to supply materials on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis, ensuring stock accuracy and reconciliation with Oracle ERP. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, production, logistics, and accounts, to drive business objectives and resolve operational issues. * Oversee export shipment planning and execution, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of goods. * Develop and maintain relationships with customs authorities, ensuring compliance with regulations and successfully navigating audits and inspections. * Embody a culture of continuous improvement, embracing new tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to drive business growth and excellence.
