Field Technical Officer – (Broiler & Layer Farms)

* Drive data-driven insights by analyzing broiler and Layer farm production data to optimize performance and productivity. * Oversee and evaluate the performance of 15-20 model farms per district, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. * Lead technical assessments of chick quality, troubleshoot farm-related issues, and provide expert guidance to farmers. * Deliver targeted technical support, treatment recommendations, and biosecurity advice to farmers, ensuring best practices are adopted. * Architect and execute comprehensive training programs for farmers, aiming to develop 20 farmers per month and enhance their skills and knowledge. * Foster collaborative relationships with customer service teams, agents, and farmers to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution. * Pioneer the development of model and antibiotic residue-free farms, showcasing industry-leading practices and standards. * Conduct regular farm visits, analyze competitor activity, and compile detailed management reports to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
