* Drive production planning and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products * Architect effective loading plans and sample assessments to optimize production workflows * Lead the preparation of samples and obtain necessary approvals from authorities * Develop and manage costing strategies for tailoring operations to ensure design accuracy and efficiency * Oversee tailoring and cutting sections to ensure timely production and adherence to quality standards * Conduct quality checks to minimize costs and rejection rates, ensuring continuous improvement * Compile and submit weekly loading reports to senior management * Analyze and communicate daily production reports to inform management decisions * Collaborate with the Centre Manager to recruit, train, and retain top talent, fostering a skilled workforce * Manage worker compensation, including wage muster rolls, registers, and passbook entries * Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure seamless operations in tailoring and cutting sections * Foster a safe working environment by promoting and implementing safeguarding policies and procedures * Provide expert guidance and support on safeguarding issues, ensuring a culture of respect and protection * Embed safeguarding standards into all aspects of operations, encouraging a culture of reporting and transparency * Respond to and report safeguarding incidents, following established procedures and promoting a safe and respectful workplace culture
