* Spearhead the development and execution of innovative business development and sales strategies for 2W, 3W, PC, and CV spare parts, driving growth and expansion. * Architect and manage a nationwide network of dealers, distributors, and retailers, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring seamless operations. * Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and sales targets across all vehicle segments, leveraging market insights and competitive analysis. * Conduct in-depth market and competitor research, analyzing pricing, product ranges, and demand trends to inform business decisions. * Design and implement effective dealer policies, margins, incentives, and trade schemes tailored to the Bangladesh market, ensuring competitiveness and profitability. * Ensure timely availability of fast-moving and critical spare parts, optimizing inventory management and supply chain efficiency. * Conceptualize and execute trade promotions, mechanic programs, dealer meets, and market activations, building brand awareness and customer engagement. * Foster strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including workshops, fleet owners, transport operators, and institutional customers, driving business growth and loyalty. * Monitor and analyze dealer performance, ensuring brand visibility, compliance, and excellence at the market level. * Develop and present accurate sales forecasts, business plans, and management reports, providing actionable insights and informing business decisions.
