Key Responsibilities

* Architect and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with company objectives and market demands, driving business growth and expansion. * Drive market research and competitive analysis to gather customer insights, identify opportunities, and inform product decisions that meet evolving customer needs. * Lead cross-functional teams in product planning, defining product requirements, features, and roadmaps that balance customer needs with resource constraints. * Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to propel product development, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of high-quality products. * Spearhead product development, overseeing design and development sprints, defining user stories, and guaranteeing on-time delivery of innovative products that exceed customer expectations. * Manage product launches, coordinating marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and customer communications to drive product adoption and revenue growth. * Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using data-driven insights to iterate and refine products, driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. * Foster strong stakeholder relationships, communicating product vision, progress, and updates to executives, team members, and external partners, ensuring alignment and buy-in. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and pain points, driving product innovation and customer-centric solutions that meet their evolving needs. * Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges to product success, proactively developing strategies to address them and ensure product viability. * Embrace a customer-focused mindset, prioritizing customer satisfaction and driving product decisions that deliver value and meet their expectations.

  • Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in motorcycle or FMCG industry

  • Strategic thinking & high social skill
  • Strong planning & presentation skill
  • Frequent travel and ability to multitask and work with cross functional team
